Piccalilli Farm To Table Dinners are a great opportunity for us to celebrate the best of what the season has to offer with a great community of eaters. I love to say that farming is often a hard gritty slog, and these dinners are a great chance to celebrate all the wonders of local agriculture and Kansas grown food. These 5+ course pre-fixe meals are focused on hyper-local and seasonal ingredient sourcing and capture the delicious arc of the seasons from the first super tender french breakfast radish of early Spring to the juicy tomatoes of high summer to the frost kissed spinach of fall. Menus for each dinner will be composed closer to the event - our intention being to utilize whatever crops are at their finest as the dinner date nears. Each dinner is done as a single seating with diners arriving at 5 PM to enjoy 3+ hours of delicious fun :)
This year we are starting with just two of these dinners over the course of the growing season, with the possibility that more may be added later in the year. They will be held on Sunday evenings at long communal tables in the dining room of Arrow Cocktail Lounge where we will seat 40 guests per event. We are lucky for such great collaborators in our community like Ben and Rachel Motley who are willing to let us host these events in their beautiful dining room in the historic Wareham Hotel. Tickets for the meals can be purchased here, through our website, and beverages pairing/service will be available to purchase the night of the event. Gratuity for our servers and kitchen staff is included in the price of the ticket. These events do typically sell out, so we hope by making the full season of tickets available at once, we can make room for new diners to join us. And we hope you will!
