This Turkey Red Heritage wheat is grown just south of Enterprise, KS - stone milled at the historic Hoffman Grist Mill and sifted just to remove just some of the coarser bran particles. This flour is flavorful, untreated, and local. We feature it in many of our cakes, and more items all the time! 2 lb bag.
