1.25 lb steaks. Heritage, pasture raised pork. Compared to commodity pork our meat is much darker, with more marbling and has lusciously smooth fat that really sets our heritage pork apart. Our pigs live their entire lives out on our pasture - yes, they are even born there in cozy pig huts. Our pigs love to graze on whatever the can find, grass, roots, nuts etc. While we love that they get to enjoy the wonderful pastured pig life, the reality is that a majority of their calories come from the grain ration we source from the local co-op mill. Locally raised, fed and processed, humanely cared for, flavorful and delicious.
