How can you reserve one of these beautiful birds? Make a deposit of $30 here for your preferred weight range. The balance of your purchase will be due once the turkeys are processed and we will assign weights on a first come first served basis as close to your desired weight as possible. We will request the balance separately at that time.

We expect the birds to be between 13-20 lbs, and will cost $6.50/lb plus tax for whole birds. ($7.50/lb plus tax for the halves, if available once the birds are processed). While we will try our best to accomodate your request for the weight of your bird, we cannot garuntee the size. We are a small farm managing a small flock, and there is a bit of guess work going into it on how big the birds will be when they are processed. The earlier you reserve, the closer we can get to your desired weight.

These birds will be fully frozen and available for on-farm pick up or delivery on Tuesday 11/19. (delivery is included in your purchase when you choose that item) If other arrangements need to be made, or you live outside of the Manhattan area, please contact us directly about other options. (Yes, we can ship!) We can also discuss strategies for thawing, cooking, and what to do with all those leftovers if you have a big bird for a small gathering.
